Roofino Sky dining and Bar

Roofino Sky dining at Trillion KL is unveiling that breezy outdoor drinking spot and absolutely boasting an uninterrupted sight line of the towering sky scrapers to attract sunset watcher or skyline admirer. With terraces and rooftop perches touting the sweeping view of KL city, this could offer an ideal vantage point to excite sky watchers as well as those seeking fancy environs to drink. Inside you’d see illuminating colours and action of bartenders slinging their cocktails, and outside is a good breeze of lounges and couches.

If only the food is half as stunning as the ambiance then this would be the perfect spot for any occasion. Not only did the food not warranting the expectation, the alcohol selections didn’t impress me. Land and Sea (RM 78) serves a boneless chicken leg and representing the sea is those garlic prawns. Their Pan seared Fillet of Atlantic Salmon Seaweed Hollandaise Garlic Mash Ratatouille (RM 88) was a total let down.

When it comes to the food, there are definitely better ways to have both good food with breathtaking views anywhere else. The prices can be intimidating for such quality of food. Stick to lounging and chilling under the stars and moon and pray that the weather is clear. Weather was lovely when I was there – I enjoyed the skyline and until they do something about the food, I will hesitate eating at Roofino.
