Gasing 123 Cafe at Jalan Gasing Petaling Jaya is a beautiful place to eat a meal. The thought is almost certain to strike at some point as I walked in through the cheeky and creative art and decor on the wall and around the cafe. Pleasant layout with plenty of green on the outside and tons of coziness indoor is such a lovely dining experience. And that’ll be before you even tasted the food.
Dining semi alfresco, the refreshing summer fruit is best to enjoy the breezy outdoor. With such humble ingredient with the right recipe, a bowl of amazing watermelon salad is tossed beautifully with a sweet and salty combination of feta and basil, as well as olive oil. Everyone should order this when we are practically experiencing all year long summer. Watermelon really is not my favourite fruit but I love it when it becomes salad. And here, they’ve done it right.
Sunny bun is good to start the day; there is a comforting taste of home. Although not a classy gourmet when it was sandwiching an overcooked sunny side up, this one still fulfill the carb crave. And I absolutely love the unconventional slice of cheese (emmental if I remembered it correctly- definitely not the processed cheese slice).
Cake spread is quite a delight; making this quite the lovely place for sweet tooth. Caffeine beverages were fairly decent. I took a sip of the Matcha Latte and reminded myself that not all matcha are meant to not go wrong. At least this one is an exceptional.
