This cooking event ” Food for Life – Danish Green and Natural” showcased a fantastic recipe by Chef Mads Søndergaard, with a medley sprouts and delicious butter cream sauce and it got me real furious to have to ponder where else can I get them when I want to eat this again? It was a perfect balance of umami and rich flavour and clean freshness from those green despite looking uninteresting. One of the best salad I’ve ever tasted.
