At the live noodle station, help yourself with the Malaysian laksa from up north and down south; the Laksa Utara and Laksa Johor. The condiments were lovely in assortment and I love how I can custom my preferences accordingly to my palate.

Emphasizing on the food authenticity in their buffet preparation, the dining experience is what’s to be experienced with mum’s cooking back home where diners savour the ethnic dishes. That was according to their Executive Chef Donald Pezar and true enough, I love the Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak. This fermented durian cannot be any more suitable and empowering to represent Malay cooking, and along with the fresh plump slices of fish, was a delight and joy to consume.

Yes, the time of the year is here. Lol. I’ll have to admit that not all buffet are fantastic. It’s wise to look up more info to avoid disappointment. Having said that, there is only that much hotel buffets can offer so they pretty much don’t stray far from one another. I say look for the hotel signatures that’ll match your personal preferances. Probably, you’d find something you like this year.🙂
